Head's Welcome

We are a caring, friendly school set in extensive grounds. As a small school we pride ourselves on knowing our community well and having a family atmosphere.

At Christ Church we provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for learning, where children grow and thrive in a supportive atmosphere of high expectations of both learning and behaviour.

Through our Christian values and strong partnership between children, parents, staff and governors we believe that children must be happy to become confident learners.

We have a broad and balanced curriculum where learning is fun, creative and challenging. We use our beautiful grounds to extend learning across the curriculum. We support the children to be the best they can be by following our three simple rules of being safe, being ready and being respectful. This helps the children to become confident, independent learners who have a curiosity about the world around them. We aim for every child to leave Christ Church with the skills they need for the next stage of their education and that supports.

We are a fully inclusive school, ensuring that each child, whatever their need has full access to the curriculum.

We are very proud of our children; they enjoy learning, are supportive of each other, work hard and make good progress.
