Here are some of the ways you can get in touch
Sometimes things are better said in a face-to-face conversation with a member of staff rather than over the phone, or in an email or letter. That’s why we operate an “open door” policy at Christ Church. So, if you have any worries or concerns, no matter how small, please speak with your child’s teacher or the class teaching assistant. (Please note: it may be necessary to arrange a five-minute meeting at the end of the school day; as you will appreciate, first thing in the morning is a very busy time of day in a school!)
As far as is possible in the day-to-day busyness of life in a school, the headteacher’s door is always open – and whenever it is not, an appointment can easily be made. See office staff to arrange a convenient time for a meeting.

If you have a general enquiry please contact Caroline or Sara, our friendly office staff, who will do their best to answer your query or to put you in contact with someone else who can.
Office phones are usually staffed between 8am and 4pm during term time. If you call outside these hours or if the line is busy there will be an opportunity for you to leave an answerphone message.
General email correspondence should be sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org
If your email is intended for a specific member of staff please put a “For the attention of” heading in the subject field, e.g. “FAO Mr Smith”.
General written correspondence should be sent to:

If your letter is intended for a specific member of staff please give it a “For the attention of” heading, e.g. “FAO Mr Smith”. If the contents are private and confidential and for the eyes of that member of staff only, please say so on the envelope.
